Anna Cook along with the other kitchen staff have the very important task of preparing the daily meals for camp, so please feel free to show them your appreciation if you have the opportunity to do so!
Anna who is the Catering Manager has kindly supplied us the menu for the six days as shown in the images at the bottom of the page.
For those who have indicated their dietary preference as being either Vegetarian or Gluten-Free, these meal options have been identified as such on the menu as they will be at camp. Some of the menu items are also Dairy-Free. For those who do not eat pork products, this option is catered by the vegetarian menu.
The salad bar will be available each evening with the selection changing daily. There will be a simplified salad bar during the lunch service with bread baskets if anyone would like to make a sandwich
In regards to catering for Gluten-Free requirements Anna would also like to let us know the following:
Our kitchen is NOT a gluten free kitchen – we do prepare various items containing wheat and gluten also the use of the deep fryer for example may cause cross contamination. This normally is not a problem unless this person is a celiac.
Perhaps you could ask if they would rather self cater or if they can tolerate the possibility of gluten particles in the kitchens atmosphere and equipment.
